From Columbia: Take I-277 /  I-77 North (toward Charlotte).  Take the 555 exit toward Farrow Rd.  Left at the light onto Farrow Rd.  Go approx 9/10 mile and turn Right on Hard Scrabble.  Go approx 8/10 mile and turn Right onto Sloan Rd.  Go 1/2 mile to Right on Flora Drive.  Look for the Flora Springs entrance on your right.  The Decorated Model Home & Sales Center will be on your right.
